Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. Every order includes tracking.

Processing time: orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods and holidays, processing can take a few extra days.

Delivery time: standard delivery usually takes 10-20 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

Tracking: we email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.

Where we ship: we ship to every country available at checkout.

Customs and import fees: some countries may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility unless they were shown and charged at checkout.

Wrong address: please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change it.

Lost or stuck package: if your tracking hasn't updated in 30 days, email us at happyheroofficial@outlook.com and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
