90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Spark Slider. If you're not happy with it for any reason, email us within 90 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund: email happyheroofficial@outlook.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. A photo or short video helps us sort it out faster.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: tell us within 90 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.

Returns: in most cases you don't need to send the item back. If we do need it returned, we'll email you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Refund timing: approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.

Cancellations: you can cancel any order before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but it's still covered by the 90-day guarantee.

Lost packages: see our Shipping Policy. If tracking hasn't updated in 30 days, we'll replace or refund your order.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
